Shipping and Returns
We use the Hong Kong Post Registered Post to ship orders. For purchases made in Hong Kong, we dispatch the products within 24 hours of receiving the order, and delivery can take 1 to 2 days after the dispatch. The local registered post charge is $20 on top of the retail price. Overseas orders can take up to a week or more to arrive depending on the local postage service of the recipient country. The overseas courier charge is $35 on top of the retail price. Once the order has been dispatched, a Hong Kong Post tracking number will be emailed to you as proof of postage and to help you keep track of the order.
The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties and/or VAT payable at the destination country. For destinations outside of Hong Kong, there will be a customs declarations on the package which will indicate the package contains 'cufflinks' and the invoice value (but not the P&P) will be declared.

If for any reason your are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept its return within 10 days of delivery. Credit will be given which will be good for 30 days from the date of return. The merchandise must be in its original condition with packaging intact. The cost of shipping for the return of the product will be borne by the customer. The shipping of the exchanged product will be borne by us.
